MECA Memorial Scholarship

Montana Electric Cooperatives’ Association (MECA), of which we are a member of, awards one $500 scholarship each year. This award is open to students planning to attend college as an undergraduate in the fall who are an HCE member/member dependent.

In Addition: HCE is pleased to offer up to a $500 member dependent scholarship. Students applying for the MECA Scholarship will automatically be entered for consideration.

YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE JUDGED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:

20% Academic Strength (as demonstrated by rigors of coursework, GPA and national testing scores)
20% Activities in School and Community, Awards & Honors
20% Employment, Volunteerism, and Community Service
40% Personal Statement
